About the role:
A well-regarded Acumatica cloud partner is expanding its pre-sales function and is looking for a Pre-Sales / Solution Architect to act as the senior technical authority across the sales cycle. Working alongside sales, delivery and ISV partners, you will translate complex business requirements into compelling, well-architected Acumatica solutions and help prospective clients across distribution, manufacturing, construction and professional services see exactly how the platform will work for them. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path into solution leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
You will lead discovery and scoping sessions, design end-to-end solution architectures spanning core Acumatica modules, ISV add-ons and integrations with finance, EDI, e-commerce and BI tooling, and deliver tailored demonstrations that map directly to each prospect's processes. You will own the technical narrative in proposals and statements of work, advise on migration and data strategy, and stay current with the latest Acumatica releases (including 2026 R1) and the xRP development platform so your recommendations are always grounded in what the product can genuinely deliver.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in Acumatica or a comparable mid-market cloud ERP, ideally with time spent in a solution architect or senior pre-sales capacity. Strong functional breadth across financials, distribution and manufacturing is valuable, as is an appreciation of the xRP platform, integrations and reporting. Above all you will be an excellent communicator who can hold the room with both finance directors and technical teams, structure ambiguous requirements into clear solution designs, and bring genuine enthusiasm to every demo.
