About the role
Henley Morgan is recruiting an in-house NetSuite Functional Consultant in Liverpool for a fast-growing UK SaaS scale-up running their global finance and operations on Oracle NetSuite. This is an end-user, side-of-the-desk NetSuite Functional Consultant role – not a partner role – sitting in the Finance Systems team and acting as the day-to-day NetSuite expert for the business. Key responsibilities
Own day-to-day NetSuite functional administration across Financials, AP, AR, Procurement, Inventory, SuiteBilling and SuiteProjects
Run discovery and requirements workshops with finance, customer-success and operations stakeholders, translating business needs into NetSuite configuration and enhancements
Configure NetSuite saved searches, custom records, custom fields, SuiteFlow workflows and SuiteAnalytics dashboards
Lead in-house NetSuite enhancement projects, version upgrades and OneWorld subsidiary roll-outs to new EMEA and US entities
Triage NetSuite incidents and support tickets, owning resolution alongside external NetSuite Solution Provider partners and SuiteScript developers
Champion NetSuite best practice internally – clean configuration, sandbox-first releases and SuiteCloud governance
Skills and experience required
Demonstrable experience as an in-house NetSuite Functional Consultant, NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite Analyst or Senior NetSuite Consultant moving in-house
Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite Financials and at least one of: SuiteProjects, SuiteBilling, Advanced Manufacturing or WMS
Confident with NetSuite saved searches, SuiteAnalytics workbooks, SuiteFlow workflows and OneWorld multi-subsidiary set-up
Working understanding of SuiteScript 2.x and the ability to read and request changes from external SuiteScript developers
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate finance, billing and customer-success needs into NetSuite changes
Eligible to work in the UK and able to attend the Liverpool office on a hybrid basis (typically 2–3 days per week)
Desirable / nice to have
NetSuite SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant or Administrator certification (current)
Previous in-house NetSuite experience at a SaaS, subscription or services business
Exposure to NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management, Multi-Book Accounting or SuiteBilling
Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot or bespoke product platforms
