Location: Greater London (hybrid — 2 days a week in a central London office, easily commutable from across the M25)
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 DOE + bonus + benefits
Type: Permanent, full-time
Reference: HM-NS-LDN-015
About the role:
Henley Morgan is partnered with a fast-growing NetSuite end-user (mid-market, multi-entity, international footprint) that is investing heavily in its in-house finance systems team. They are looking for a hands-on NetSuite Technical Consultant / Developer to take ownership of customisation, automation and integration work across their global instance.
This is a brilliant seat for a SuiteScript-strong technologist who wants to own real problems end-to-end — not just pick tickets off a queue. You will work closely with finance, operations and the wider product team to translate business requirements into clean, well-tested NetSuite solutions, and you will have a meaningful voice in technical direction.
Key responsibilities:
Design, build and maintain customisations across SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0 and 2.1 — including user event scripts, client scripts, scheduled scripts, Suitelets, RESTlets and map/reduce jobs.
Develop and maintain workflows, saved searches, custom records, custom forms and SuiteAnalytics dashboards.
Own integrations between NetSuite and surrounding systems (CRM, billing, data warehouse, e-commerce) — typically via Boomi, RESTlets and middleware.
Manage source-controlled deployments using the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) and contribute to a sensible release process across sandbox and production accounts.
Support multi-book, multi-subsidiary and multi-currency configurations as the business expands into new markets.
Partner with functional consultants and finance stakeholders to scope enhancements, estimate effort and document solutions.
Provide third-line technical support for complex incidents and root-cause issues that the wider team cannot resolve.
What we're looking for:
Solid commercial experience as a NetSuite developer or technical consultant — typically 3+ years hands-on.
Strong SuiteScript 2.x is essential; SuiteScript 1.0 maintenance experience is welcome but not required.
Working knowledge of SDF and a structured approach to versioning and release management.
Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party platforms — Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, or custom REST/SOAP integrations.
Comfortable in a multi-entity / multi-currency / multi-book environment.
A pragmatic, business-aware mindset — happy to push back on bad requirements, document what you've built and mentor more junior colleagues.
NetSuite SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer II or Administrator certifications are a plus, not a hard gate.
What's on offer:
£70,000 – £90,000 base depending on experience
Discretionary bonus (typically 8–12%)
Hybrid working — 2 days a week in central London, 3 from home
25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy more
Private medical, life assurance, enhanced pension, generous parental leave
A real training and certification budget — the client actively sponsors SuiteCloud Developer pathways
A small, technically strong team where your code reviews actually matter
