Overview
A growing organisation is looking for an experienced Odoo Support Consultant to join their team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Odoo knowledge to provide ongoing support and work on system improvements.
This role would suit an Odoo Support Analyst or ERP Support Consultant looking to develop within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Odoo ERP systems
Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user queries
Assist with system configuration and minor enhancements
Work closely with users to improve business processes
Support ongoing system upgrades and projects
Requirements
Experience with Odoo ERP
Strong ERP support or helpdesk background
Good understanding of business processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
