Project Manager — Reading / Hybrid
Location: Reading (hybrid — typically 2-3 days on-site with easy access from the M4 corridor, Thames Valley and central London via the Elizabeth line)

About the role:
We are working with an established finance-systems specialist to recruit an experienced ERP Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of Sage Intacct implementations across a varied client base. With demand for cloud financial management at an all-time high through 2026, this is a chance to lead high-impact projects that modernise how finance teams operate. You will be the single point of accountability from kick-off to go-live, keeping scope, budget and timeline on track while building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
You will plan and govern multiple concurrent Sage Intacct projects, manage budgets, resources and risk, and chair steering meetings with senior stakeholders. Working closely with functional consultants and technical developers, you will translate client requirements into deliverable workstreams, drive user-acceptance testing, and ensure smooth data migration and cutover. Clear status reporting, change control and post-go-live handover to support all sit firmly within your remit.
What We're Looking For:
Proven project management experience delivering ERP or cloud financial-management implementations, ideally with Sage Intacct or a comparable platform such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics or Sage Intacct's mid-market peers. A recognised methodology (PRINCE2, PMP or Agile/Scrum) is highly desirable, alongside strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management and the confidence to keep demanding projects on course. An understanding of core finance processes — GL, AP/AR, multi-entity consolidation and reporting — will set you apart.
