Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sage Intacct Support Consultant to join a growing team in Glasgow. This role focuses on providing high-quality support and working closely with clients to enhance their ERP systems.
Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Sage Intacct ERP
Troubleshoot issues and resolve user queries
Assist with system configuration and improvements
Deliver user training and support documentation
Work on upgrades and enhancements
Requirements
Experience with Sage Intacct ERP
Strong support or ERP helpdesk background
Understanding of finance systems
Excellent communication skills
