About the role:
A well-established SAP Business One Gold Partner is expanding its delivery team and is looking for a SAP Business One Functional Consultant to join its Birmingham practice. You will own functional delivery across the full implementation lifecycle, working directly with mid-market clients to translate business processes into well-configured, sustainable SAP B1 solutions. This is a hybrid role offering genuine variety across discovery, configuration, training and go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
You will lead requirements-gathering workshops, configure SAP Business One across finance, sales, purchasing and inventory modules, and design solutions that fit each client's operational reality. Expect to run end-user training, support data migration and UAT, troubleshoot during go-live, and act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout. You will collaborate closely with technical developers and project managers to keep delivery on track and on budget.
What We're Looking For:
Proven hands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP Business One in a consulting or end-user environment is essential. Strong functional knowledge of core B1 modules, confident SQL query skills, and a working understanding of business processes across finance and supply chain will set you apart. We value clear communicators who can manage stakeholders, document cleanly, and stay calm under go-live pressure. Exposure to SAP HANA, Crystal Reports, or B1 add-ons is a welcome bonus.
