About the role:
We are partnering with an established SAP Business One specialist to find an experienced Functional Consultant to join a growing South West practice. You will own the functional side of end-to-end SAP B1 implementations for SME and mid-market clients, translating real business processes across finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and production into well-configured, dependable systems. With SAP Business One firmly established as the ERP of choice for UK SMEs in 2026, this is a chance to work on a steady pipeline of greenfield rollouts and upgrade projects.
Key Responsibilities:
You will run requirements-gathering workshops, configure core SAP B1 modules, lead data migration and integration activity, and design and execute UAT before guiding clients confidently through go-live. Beyond delivery you will train end users, provide early-life support, and act as the trusted functional point of contact who keeps stakeholders aligned and projects on track from kick-off to handover.
What We're Looking For:
We want a consultant with solid hands-on SAP Business One implementation experience and strong functional knowledge across financials and at least one of sales, purchasing, inventory or production. Experience of SAP HANA migrations, Crystal Reports, SAP Analytics Cloud or Boyum B1UP is highly valued and commands a premium in the current market. Just as important are the consultative soft skills — clear communication, confident client-facing delivery, and the curiosity to work effectively alongside emerging AI-assisted tooling.
