Overview

An established end-user organisation based in Reading is seeking an experienced SAP Business One Support Analyst to join their internal systems team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the company’s SAP B1 environment and play a key role in supporting and improving business-critical systems.

This is a fully office-based role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with users and being hands-on with ERP support and system optimisation.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for the company’s SAP Business One ERP system, working with users across multiple departments to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure the smooth running of the system.

You will also support ongoing ERP enhancements, reporting, and future system improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for SAP Business One users
Troubleshoot ERP issues and resolve user queries
Support system configuration and ongoing improvements
Create and maintain reports using SQL and SAP B1 reporting tools
Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve business processes
Assist with upgrades, testing, and ERP-related projects
Maintain system documentation and provide user training where required

Requirements

Strong experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1)
ERP support or systems analyst background
SQL and reporting experience beneficial
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work closely with end users in an office environment
