Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to client stakeholders post‑go‑live.
Assist with integrations between Epicor and third‑party systems (e.g. CRM, HR/payroll, or other SaaS tools), working alongside technical and project teams.
Support testing, user acceptance, data migrations (if applicable), and provide release support and troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes (GL, AP/AR, reporting, supply chain or inventory if relevant).
Experience configuring ERP modules, security/permissions, reporting tools (BAQs, dashboards, or equivalent), and basic Epicor customisation or configuration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills – able to interact with finance and operations teams, and clearly explain technical configuration in business terms.
Organised, proactive, delivery‑orientated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a small team.
Experience with multiple Epicor implementations (or ERP projects), and ability to manage or support full life‑cycle delivery.
Preferably accounting or finance background, or equivalent business process knowledge.
Why Join:
Competitive salary £60,000–£70,000 depending on experience.
Work on engaging, high-impact ERP projects across a variety of clients and industries.
Opportunity to grow your career as an Epicor ERP specialist / consultant — scope to gain deep functional knowledge and lead projects.
Professional development and training, with exposure to both functional and technical aspects of ERP delivery.
