The Role
As a Lead NetSuite Solution Architect, you will:
Deliver full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live
Document business requirements and provide structured project plans
Design, configure, and oversee NetSuite modules including Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report
Lead integrations, workflows, and data migration strategies, ensuring adherence to NetSuite best practices
Mentor and manage a team of functional and technical consultants
Partner with CFOs and finance leaders to optimise end-to-end processes
Lead system testing, user acceptance, and training for client teams
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record delivering NetSuite ERP projects through to go-live
Strong finance and accounting knowledge (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition)
Experience leading or mentoring other consultants
Expertise in NetSuite modules, workflows, scripts, integrations, and data migration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and bring structure to complex projects
