The Role
You will be part of a dedicated Sage Intacct support team, providing high-quality technical assistance to customers while working closely with consultants and management.
Key Responsibilities
Logging, managing, and resolving Sage Intacct support tickets
Providing Sage Intacct support via phone and email
Delivering clear, professional, and customer-focused service
Collaborating with colleagues across the support and consultancy teams
Applying accredited Sage Intacct knowledge in live customer environments
Contributing to customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships
Engaging in ongoing training with progression toward consultancy roles
Required Experience
Essential:
Sage Intacct accreditation
Commercial experience supporting Sage Intacct
Confidence handling phone-based customer support
Strong communication and documentation skills
Location
UK-based, remote-first role
Home working with the option to attend the office weekly
Offices located in Derby and Newcastle
Salary & Benefits
Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience
