Henley Morgan are working with a globally scaled SAP Business One End User who is looking for a Support Consultant to work in their international branch in Mexico!
This is a full-time, permanent position offering you the chance to support and gain hands-on experience in SAP Business One with a UK company and is a mixture of home and office working.

Responsibilities
- Provide support for business incidents within the agreed SLAs
- Log and research resolutions for SAP B1 user queries
- Use knowledge of Boyum, Crystal Reports, SQL etc to support finance users
- Create SAP Business One training, documents and guides
Experience
- SAP B1 support experience (3 years minimum)
- Experience using a support ticketing system
- Working experience of ITIL framework or similar
- SQL and Crystal Reports
- Knowledge of writing SQL and JavaScript
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
Salary
The salary offered is 450,000 – 540,000 Mexican Pesos (equivalent salary up to £25,000 depending on experience).
Location
This role is a homebased role in Mexico. The successful candidate MUST have good English.
