A leading global manufacturing and technology-focused organisation is currently seeking an experienced ERP Systems Manager (SAP Business One) to oversee their ERP landscape across the UK, Europe, and the US.
This is a senior, hands-on position responsible for SAP Business One, key add-ons, integrations, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, within a complex multi-site environment. The company is actively scaling and investing heavily in technology, presenting a compelling long-term opportunity for an experienced SAP B1 professional.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Business One, covering functionality, database management, and operational processes
Take ownership of SAP Business One environments, including upgrades, enhancements, maintenance, and change management
Manage SAP B1 add-ons such as Boyum B1UP and Codeless Platforms BPA
Oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and sales systems in collaboration with external partners
Lead ERP strategy, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage system integrations, including manufacturing systems, WMS, production planning, and barcode scanning
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience Required:
Minimum of 4 years as an SAP Business One specialist
At least 6 years managing and supporting ERP systems
Proven experience with SAP B1 upgrades and migrations
Strong SQL and database administration skills
Experience with SAP B1 add-ons (B1UP, Codeless BPA)
Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors
ERP integration experience (MES, WMS, finance, supply chain, CRM)
Familiarity with BI, data warehousing, and reporting platforms
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable
Salary & Benefits:
The organisation offers a competitive salary of up to £100,000 (dependent on experience), along with excellent benefits and opportunities for international project exposure.
Location:
This is a hybrid role based in Arnhem, Netherlands, with a minimum of three days on-site per week. International travel to other European and US sites will be required on an ad-hoc basis.
