SAP Business One Consultant – UK – Hybrid / On-Site
Henley Morgan are working with a friendly SAP Business One Partner who are looking to hire an experienced SAP Business One Consultant to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an SAP B1 Consultant who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality ERP solutions with care and integrity.
This role offers full end-to-end SAP Business One implementation work, customer engagement, and long-term career stability within a supportive consultancy environment.
The Role:
As the SAP Business One Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their business processes and deliver tailored SAP B1 solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering end-to-end SAP Business One implementations
Working with customers to gather requirements, identify gaps and define solutions
Acting as a trusted advisor to new and existing SAP B1 customers
Managing scope changes and supporting project delivery teams
Providing pre-sales consultancy and customer training
Supporting and enhancing existing SAP Business One systems and add-ons
Developing and maintaining SQL / SAP HANA SQL queries, stored procedures and Crystal Reports
Troubleshooting and resolving SAP Business One issues
Contributing to project planning, documentation, testing and go-live phases
Sharing knowledge with colleagues and supporting customer issue resolution
Requirements:
Proven experience with SAP Business One (minimum 5 end-to-end implementations or 5 years’ consulting experience)
SAP Business One Certification
Strong knowledge of SAP B1 core modules and add-ons
Experience with SQL, SAP HANA SQL, B1 Usability Package (B1UP) and Codeless Platforms BPA
Reporting experience using Crystal Reports
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with non-technical users
Proactive, customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience supporting SAP Business One Web Client
Strong written and spoken English
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK and EU
Nice to Have:
Boyum Produmex and Scan experience
Sharperlight
Understanding of finance, logistics or manufacturing processes
Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments
