The successful candidate will have great communication skills and a high level of experience with all the SAP Business One components.

Responsibilities:
·Provide support to SAP B1 internal and external customers
·Help desk assistance and resolve tickets
·Escalate issues to the relevant teams
·Report writing
·Compliance of SAP Business One customer service level
Experience:
·SAP B1 experience from partner background
·Preferably SAP Business One version 10 certified
·Crystal Reports or SQL query writing
·Add-on experience is a bonus
Salary:
The salary is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience).

This is a fully remote role.
