The successful candidate will have great communication skills and a high level of experience with all the SAP Business One components.

Responsibilities:
· Provide support to SAP B1 internal and external customers
· andHelp desk assistance and resolve tickets
· Escalate issues to the relevant teams
· Report writing
· Compliance of SAP Business One customer service level
Experience:
· SAP B1 experience from partner background
· Preferably SAP Business One version 10 certified
· Crystal Reports or SQL query writing
· Add-on experience is a bonus
Salary:
The salary is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience).

This is a fully remote role.
