Henley Morgan is working in partnership with a prestigious, award-winning organisation to recruit an experienced SAP Business One Systems Specialist to join its expanding IT function.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an SAP B1 professional to take ownership of a complex, multi-site ERP environment while supporting meaningful and sustainable business objectives.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will play a vital role within a dedicated support team, taking responsibility for the day-to-day support, optimisation, and ongoing development of the SAP Business One landscape across multiple UK locations.
This is a hands-on position that will involve advanced system support, middleware integrations (BPA), and the delivery of insightful BI reporting.
Key Responsibilities
System Support: Deliver high-level support for SAP Business One and associated middleware integrations
System Maintenance: Manage updates, hotfixes, and proactive SAP B1 system health checks
Integrations: Lead and support integrations between SAP B1 and third-party applications using Codeless Platforms BPA
BI & Reporting: Develop and maintain Power BI and SAP B1 dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Project Delivery: Contribute to system-wide integration projects and ERP architecture improvements
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting SAP Business One in an end-user or partner environment
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP HANA and MS SQL Server
Middleware: Hands-on experience with Codeless Platforms BPA or SAP BTP
Reporting: Proficiency in Power BI and/or Crystal Reports
Communication: Confident working with stakeholders and non-technical users
Flexibility: Willingness to travel between UK sites when required
