Key Responsibilities
· System utilization, installation, and training
· Confidently communicate with clients via phone to understand their needs
· Assist clients with BEAS or Boyum installations, troubleshooting, and training
· Work on systems that require setup, certification, and implementation
What You Need to Succeed
· Certified in SAP B1 with experience in Boyum and BEAS
· Hands-on implementation experience and a strong technical background
· Confident, client-focused, and able to communicate effectively
· Available to work 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM ET
