Henley Morgan is recruiting an experienced Senior NetSuite Business Systems Analyst for a high-growth technology company expanding its Business Systems function due to continued scale across finance and operations.

The Role
You will join a growing Business Systems team, acting as the NetSuite subject matter expert across Finance, Operations, and Engineering. The role focuses on ensuring the NetSuite platform and related integrations scale effectively as the business grows.
Responsibilities
Own and support the NetSuite platform across finance and operational functions
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions
Configure and customise NetSuite including workflows, custom records, SuiteScript, and saved searches
Design and deliver integrations between NetSuite and other core business systems
Lead system enhancements from requirements through testing and deployment
Support end-to-end business processes including order-to-cash,procure-to-pay, and revenue recognition
Produce system documentation, process guides, and end-user training
Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
Required Experience
Essential
5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
Strong knowledge of NetSuite financial modules including GL, AP, AR, and Revenue
Experience with SuiteScript, workflows, custom objects, and NetSuite APIs
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong communication skills working with finance, operations, and engineering teams
Location
Office-based role in Cambridge, MA
Candidates must be willing to work on-site and relocate if required
Salary
$145,000–$175,000 depending on experience plus equity and comprehensive benefits package.
